- Certificate which justify your current occupation (letter of employment or letter of school Application).
- Diploma or certificate of graduation from the last school attended
- School records
- Photos (3 x 4 cm) x 6
- Copy of the passport and stamped pages if you've ever been to Japan
- Birth Certificate which shows the relationship with the guarantor

- Income certificate
- Bank balance certificate
- Document certifies relationship with the applicant (birth certificate etc.)
