Please print those and fill them out (before filling out, read the notes on Before Application very carefully).

All documents are in PDF Format. To display and print PDF files on your computer you need to download and install the free

 

1. First, read the page "Before Application" and be sure to have all the documents request and that you fit all the conditions

2. Download the Application Form above and fill ALL the necessary information. If you are not sure about something, do not hesitate to ask us by our Online contact form here. or by phone at : 045-983-2228

3. Send all the application form (5 pages) and all the necessary document at our address:

    Kanagawa-ken, Yokohama-shi, Aoba-ku, Enoki ga Oka 5-3 Japan 227-0063

NOTE: Please note that you have to make a certified translation of all your document in English if they are not. We will do the Japanese translation for you before sending your request to the japanese ministery of justice.

4. Then, we will contact you by e-mail or by phone to tell you when we receive your certificate of elegibility and tell you how to make the payement.

5. When the payement is done, we send the certificate of elegibility and the certificate of admission at your home.

6. With the both certificate and your passport, you have to go to the ambassy or consulate of Japan in your country to make your VISA.
